New and used bike sales/ bike rentals/ rack sales and rentals/ trade-ins welcome. We service all brands of bikes including beach "box bikes". Dave's Cycle is open 7 days a week, and does pickup and delivery. We are a dealer for Giant, and Electra, and are also proudly carrying pedal-assist electric bikes which include Giant, Electra,, and the folding GoCycle. Free test rides daily - come in and get your smile on!

ABOUT THE OWNERS
Dave's Cycle began it's life in the early 60's as Riverside Cycle and Mowers by Mike Niakas. Originally on Putnam Avenue, the shop moved to it's current location in 1969.
In 1970 the business was sold to Dave D'Amore, who changed the name to "Dave's Cycle". He sold it to his manager, Glen VanCura in 1992.
In 2014 Glen welcomed a new investor and equal partner in the business; Deb Carrara, longtime customer and friend since 1999. This new partnership allowed Dave's Cycle to thrive, and to expand into the the world of pedal-assist electric bikes, and create a new web presence with which to showcase it. The customer base continued to grow, while never outgrowing the families that have been serviced by the shop for generations.
Since then they've upgraded their status as Business Partners to that of Life Partners and were married in 2015, merging their two terrific families.
They continue to provide a reliable experience for their customers, who sometimes only pop in to say hello to Blue, one of their two Golden Retrievers.
